This is a list of awards and nominations received by the 2004 film Ray. Jamie Foxx was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor for this film and the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Collateral. He is the second actor to have been nominated in both categories in the same year, after Al Pacino. Like Pacino, he won the former, but not the latter.
