The National Technology Council (Template:Lang-ur; acronym NTC) is an accreditation body under the administrative control of Higher Education Commission (Pakistan).[1] NTC accredits engineering technology degree programs in Pakistan.[2][3][4] It also registers engineering technologists across the country.

Akbar Saeed Awan and Kauser Abdulla Malik are the chairman and vice chairman of the council respectively.[5]

Registration of Engineering Technologists

NTC registers engineering technology graduates in following two categories[6]

Registration as a Graduate Engineering Technologist

Graduate with 4-year engineering technology degree is registered as a graduate engineering technologist.

Registration as a Professional Engineering Technologist

Graduate with 4-year engineering technology degree and minimum five years relevant work experience is registered as a professional engineering technologist.
