A Very Very Very Dark Matter is a 2018 play by Martin McDonagh.

The play is set in the Copenhagen townhouse of Hans Christian Andersen. Andersen is a teller of exquisite and fantastic children's tales beloved by millions. But the true source of his stories dwells in his attic upstairs, her existence a dark secret kept from the outside world.[1]

Notable productions

It premiered at the Bridge Theatre in London from 19 October (previews from 12 October) to 6 January 2019.[1] The production starred:

It was directed by Matthew Dunster, designed by Anna Fleischle with lighting by Phillip Gladwell, sound by George Dennis and video by Finn Ross.[2][3][4]
