Sel is a village in the municipality of Sel, Innlandet county, Norway, often referred to as Nord-Sel to avoid ambiguity.[citation needed] As the name indicates it is located in the northern part of the municipality.[citation needed] Its population (SSB 2005) is 578.[citation needed]
