The Turtle Grous is the name of four very small and vegetated islands part of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park in Queensland, Australia.

Turtle Islands are 30 km west of Lizard Island. Nymph Island is 35 km east of Murdoch Point. Access is by private boat. The Turtle Group is also referred to as Turtle Group National Park
