Giuseppe Ugo Papi (born Capua, Italy; 19 February 1893 - Rome, 13 September 1989) was an Italian economist.

Papi was the rector of the University "La Sapienza" of Rome from November 1953 to May 1966.[1][2] He was also a Knight of the Civil Order of Savoy and a member of the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei.[1][2]
