Frank Xavier Ryan (born May 1, 1951) is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 101st legislative district.[1] He was first elected in 2016. Ryan graduated from Mount St. Mary's University in 1973 and received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland in 1977. Ryan served in the United States Marine Corps reserves, retiring as a Colonel. He is a Certified Public Accountant and on the audit committee of The Institute of World Politics.
