Mycoplasma iguanae is a species of bacteria in the genus Mycoplasma. It is classified in the domain Bacteria, phylum Firmicutes, class Mollicutes, order Mycoplasma, and family Mycoplasmataceae.

It has been recovered from abscesses of the spine of the green iguana, Iguana iguana.[1][2]
