Ngudu is a town in Mwanza Region in northwestern Tanzania. The town is the location of the district headquarters of Kwimba District. According to the 2012 Census, the population of Ngudu is 27,630.[1]

The Magogo river system lies in the Ngudu area, covering an area of 1212 km^2 and draining into Lake Victoria at the Mwanza Gulf [2].
