The Rigby Group is the parent company of number of privately owned businesses operating across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. In 2013 the company was ranked 13th in the Sunday Times’ Top Track 100 listing of the UK’s fastest growing private enterprises.[1]

Company Activities

The Group comprises operating businesses in five divisions:

Technology

SCC is an information technology services firm catering for medium-sized enterprises and public sector organisations. The company employs more than 5000 staff across its operations in the UK, France, Netherlands, Spain and Romania.

SCD is a distributor for IBM and HP, operating across the Middle East from offices in Dubai and servicing North Africa from headquarters in Maroc.

SCS is a provider of fully managed and end-to-end payroll and HR services including Cloud based services.

Aviation

British International Helicopters (BIH), operates medium and heavy helicopters from bases at Coventry, Newquay and in the Falkland Islands, in support of defence, charter and SAR contracts.

Capital Air Ambulance, operates small jet and turboprop aircraft from a base at Exeter Airport routinely providing bed to bed air ambulance, repatriation and charter services throughout the UK and EU with some global capability.[2]

Patriot Aviation provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services for light aircraft from a base at Coventry Airport.[3]

Regional & City Airports (RCA) owns and operates Bournemouth Airport, Coventry Airport, Exeter Airport and Norwich Airport. The company also operates management contracts for City of Derry Airport, Blackpool Airport, and Solent Airport. In December 2017, RCA acquired Bournemouth Airport from Manchester Airports Group for an undisclosed amount.[4]

Hotels

The Eden Hotel Collection (EHC) is a group of seven country house hotels.

Property

Rigby & Rigby is a residential developer specialising in the development of listed buildings in London.

The Coventry & Warwickshire Gateway is a regional development scheme on 200 acres of land surrounding Coventry Airport. The scheme proposes a technology park and a manufacturing and logistics park.

Investments

Rigby Group PLC holds numerous investments in equities and bonds and also operates a private equity fund investing in established businesses.
