The 1963 Asian Basketball Confederation Championship for Men were held in Taipei, Republic of China.
Preliminary round
- Since both Thailand and Malaya were tied on points, a play-off game was played to decide the 4th team.[1]

- The results and the points from the preliminary round were taken into account for the second round.
