Vincent Dixie (born August 20, 1973) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Tennessee House of Representatives representing District 54 since January 2019.[1]

Education

Vincent earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1997 and Master of Business Administration in 2004 from Tennessee State University.[2]

Career

Dixie has operated his own bail bond business since 2009. He also worked as an internal auditor for HCA Healthcare and Ardent Health Services. From 2006 to 2009, he was an account manager at HearingPlanet, an audiology business based in Brentwood, Tennessee.[3] Dixie was elected to the House in November 2018, succeeding Democratic incumbent Brenda Gilmore, who was elected to the Tennessee Senate.
