Prochoreutis holotoxa is a moth of the family Choreutidae. It is known from China (Shanxi), France (Alps), Italy, Austria (Tirol), Switzerland (Zermatt), Romania and Russia (Siberia).[1]

The larvae feed on Pedicularis ascendens.
