Charles Wolcott Parker (1862–1948) was a Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court from 1907 to 1947.[1][2]

Charles Wolcott Parker was born in Newark on October 22, 1862.

Parker was a Republican. He served as judge for the New Jersey 2nd District, 1898-1903 and Circuit judge from 1903-07. He was Associate Justice of New Jersey Supreme Court from 1907-1947.

He resided in Morristown. He died January 23, 1948 and is interred at St. Peter's Churchyard in Perth Amboy.
