Richard J. Joseph is the 36th and currently serving Chief Scientist of the United States Air Force who has been in the role since February 2018.[1][2][3][4]

Education

Richard J. Joseph has a Bachelors of Science in Physics from Georgetown University in Washington D.C, and a Ph.D in Physics, from University of Texas, Austin.[5]
