Matthew Alexander Pires Nogueira (born 18 March 1998) is a Canadian soccer player who plays for Portuguese club Marítimo B as a goalkeeper

Football career

On 28 December 2018, Nogueira made his professional debut with Marítimo in a 2018–19 Taça da Liga match against Estoril Praia.[1]

International career

Born in Canada, Nogueira is of Portuguese descent.[2] Nogueira was called up to a camp for the Canada U16s in 2014.[3]

Nogueira was named to the Canadian U-23 50-man provisional roster for the 2020 CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship on February 26, 2020.[4]
