Sarah Dawn Mitton (born 20 June 1996) is a Canadian athlete specialising in the shot put.[2] She represented her country in the discus at the 2019 World Championships in Doha without reaching the final. Earlier that year she won a gold medal at the 2019 Summer Universiade in Naples.

Her personal bests in the event are 18.84 metres outdoors (Auckland 2020) and 18.00 metres indoors (Iowa City 2020).
