Žim (German: Schima) is a village and municipality (obec) in Teplice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic in Europe.

The municipality covers an area of 5.72 square kilometres (2.21 sq mi), and has a population of 126 (as at 28 August 2006).

Žim lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south-east of Teplice, 10 km (6 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 64 km (40 mi) north-west of Prague.
