Rankings from NFCA

The 2020 Southland Conference tournament was scheduled to be held at North Oak Park on the campus of Southeastern State University in Hammond, Louisiana from May 5 through May 8, 2020. The tournament winner would have earned the Southland Conference's automatic bid to the 2020 NCAA Division I Softball Tournament. The Championship game was to be broadcast on ESPNU unless a 13th game was necessary. If so, the final elimination game was to be broadcast on ESPN3. The remainder of the tournament was to air on the Southland Digital Network.[2]

On March 12, 2020, the NCAA cancelled all winter and spring sports championships due to the coronavirus pandemic, thus cancelling the tournament.[3][4]
