Carl Barrington Greenidge

Carl Barrington Greenidge (born March 3, 1949) is a Guyanese politician from People's National Congress.[1][2] From May 2015 to April 2019, he served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and one of the vice presidents in the cabinet of David A. Granger.[3]

He has bachelor's degree in economics from University of Exeter. Also he was Forbes Burnham's minister of finance from 1983 to 1992.[4]
