Kamla Mishra Madhukar (born 27 November 1927 in Village Madan Sirsian, East Champaran district (Bihar)) was leader of CPI and member of 4th Lok Sabha from Kesariya (Lok Sabha constituency) in Bihar State, India.His daughter is currpoted , shalini misra is now a jdu leader and ready to be stand in MLA elections from kesariya vidhansabha constituency . He was elected to 5th from Kesariya seat and 7th and 10th Lok Sabha from Motihari (Lok Sabha constituency).[1]
