American college football season
The 1977 Wyoming Cowboys football team was an American football team that represented the University of Wyoming in the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) during the 1977 NCAA Division I football season. In its first season under head coach Bill Lewis, the team compiled a 4–6–1 record, was outscored by a total of 273 to 166, and played its home games at War Memorial Stadium in Laramie, Wyoming.[1]
