Elizabeth Hana Mandlik (born 19 May 2001) is an American tennis player.

Mandlik has a career high WTA singles ranking of 506 achieved on 14 October 2019. She also has a career high WTA doubles ranking of 1053 achieved on 23 July 2018.[2] Mandlik has won two ITF singles titles and one doubles title.

Mandlik made her WTA main draw debut at the 2019 BGL Luxembourg Open in the doubles draw partnering Katie Volynets.

Mandlik is the daughter of Grand Slam tennis champion Hana Mandlíková.[3]
