Byun Ho-young (Korean pronunciation: [pjʌn.ɦo.jʌŋ] or [pjʌn] [ho.jʌŋ]; born October 19, 1945) is former South Korean football player. He played for the South Korean national team as well as Hong Kong side Seiko SA. He was selected as the Korean Footballer of the Year in 1974.[1] He continued to live in Hong Kong, and became the president of the South Korean expatriates' association in Hong Kong.[2]
