Carbon, variously known as Team Carbon, was a professional Halo team. Team Carbon won the 2006 Halo 2 championships at MLG Vegas 2006 defeating rivals Final Boss.[1]

History

Team Carbon was founded in 2006 by members Scott "Gandhi" Lussier, Ben "Karma" Jackson, Brandon "Biggins" Labrash, Michael "StrongSide" Cavanaugh, and Harrison "Shockwave" Smith.[1] After the fourth event of the year at MLG Chicago, StrongSide was replaced by Eric "GH057ayame" Hewitt.[1] xXx became a coach for the team.

Team Carbon won the MLG Las Vegas National Championships 2006 in Halo 2 after upsetting Team Final Boss.[2]

They placed 3rd at MLG Vegas 2008.

Carbon finished 3rd at MLG Orlando in 2009.

In 2010 Team Carbon earned a spot in the MLG Dallas final.[3]

Carbon disbanded in 2012, soon after MLG dropped Halo: Reach from their Pro Circuit.
