DWEB (99.9 MHz Nabua, Camarines Sur) Radyo Rinconada is an FM station owned by Filipinas Broadcasting Network. The station's studio and transmitter are located at Brgy. San Antonio Poblacion, Nabua, Camarines Sur near the market. Its 10,000 watt signal covers the Naga City DMA. It operates Mondays to Saturdays from 4:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Sundays from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM.[1][2]
DWEB is the pioneer station in Bicol. It was located in Naga City from its inception until 2010, when it relocated to Nabua. It used to carry a Modern rock during the 90s & 2000s.
Radio journalism
Two DWEB radio journalists were killed within a year. Miguel Belen was assassinated July 9, 2010, by a member of the New People’s Army. Romeo Olea, who was radio show host of "Anything Goes", was assassinated June 13, 2011, after having receiving death threats for his sharp political commentary.[3][4]
