Andrew Neil Emerton (born 1972) is a British Anglican priest. Since 2015, he has been Dean of St Mellitus College, a non-residential theological college in London. In March 2020, he was announced as the next Bishop of Sherwood, the suffragan bishop of the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham: his consecration as a bishop was scheduled for 21 May 2020.[1][2][3][4][5] That service being postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic, he will instead be licensed as bishop-designate on 1 July and consecrated on a later date.[6]
