Phan Văn Santos (born Fábio dos Santos on 30 September 1977 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) is a retired naturalized Vietnamese footballer who played as a goalkeeper.

While playing for Đồng Tâm Long An F.C. at the AFC Champions League 2006, he scored one goal against Shanghai Shenhua.[1]

He played for Vietnam the match against Brazil's Olympic team in August 2008.[2]
