Florent Hasani (born 30 March 1997) is a Kosovan professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Hungarian club Diósgyőri VTK.

Club career

On 25 January 2018, Hasani joined Nemzeti Bajnokság I side Diósgyőri VTK on a free transfer.[1] Four days later, the club confirmed that Hasani's transfer was permanent.[2] On 20 February 2018, he made his debut in the 2017–18 Magyar Kupa fourth round versus Vác, playing full-90 minutes in a 2–0 away win.[3]

International career

Under-21

On 21 March 2017. Hasani received a call-up from Kosovo U21 for a 2019 UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualification match against Republic of Ireland U21[4] and made his debut after being named in the starting line-up.[5]

Senior

On 22 January 2018, Hasani received his first call-up from national senior team in a friendly match against Azerbaijan.[6] The match however was cancelled two days later, which prolonged his debut.[7] He made his debut on 10 September 2019 in a Euro 2020 qualifier against England. He substituted Valon Berisha in the 85th minute and the final score of 3–5 already established.[8]
