FC Tbilisi was a Georgian football team, which were played in the capital, Tbilisi. The club were played their home games at Olimpi Stadium. FC Tbilisi were renamed Olimpi Rustavi after merging with second division club FC Rustavi. The club's new name is FC Olimpi Rustavi.

in summer 2008, the two club split up again and played in Pirveli Liga, while the club took the spot from Olimpi B Rustavi.
