Rashmi Prasad did elementary school from Notre Dame Academy graduated from Patna University. She pursued her studies in medicine completed her studies in 1987. During this time she was married to a doctor. Rashmi did her internship in medicine and two house of house job rotating in various fields. She joined the central government as a medical officer where she served the remote.
