Stenoptilia gratiolae is a moth of the family Pterophoridae. It is known from Jordan, Russia (European part, Siberia, Caucasus), Ukraine (Crimea), Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Serbia, Austria, Slovakia, Croatia, Italy, France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Sweden and Norway.

The wingspan is 19–22 mm.

The larvae feed on Gratiola officinalis.
