Tebenna submicalis is a moth of the family Choreutidae. It is known from China (Shaanxi, Gansu, Hubei), Nepal, Russia and Japan (Hokkaido).[1]

The wingspan is 9–11 mm.

The larvae feed on Anaphalis margaritacea.
