Marie-Jo Pelletier is a Canadian ice hockey defender, currently an assistant captain for the Buffalo Beauts of the NWHL.[1]

Career

Across four years at the University of New Hampshire, Pelletier scored 52 points in 143 games, and was named a co-captain in her second year, being nicknamed 'Mighty Mouse' for her short height.[2][3]

After putting up 21 points in 24 games in her rookie season, she was named to the All-Star Game and named on the NWHL's Fans’ Three Stars of the Year.[4][5] She was also a finalist for the NWHL's Newcomer of the Year award. That year, she set the NWHL record for most power-play points in a single season.[6]
