Teodor Kocerka (6 August 1927 – 25 September 1999) was a Polish rower who competed in the 1952 Summer Olympics, in the 1956 Summer Olympics, and in the 1960 Summer Olympics.

He was born in Bydgoszcz and died in Warsaw.

In 1952 he won the bronze medal in the single sculls event.

Four years later he finished fourth in the single sculls competition.

At the 1960 Games he won his second bronze medal in the single sculls event.
