The Social Welfare functional constituency (Chinese: 社會福利界功能界別), formerly called Social Services, is a functional constituency in the elections for the Legislative Council of Hong Kong first created in 1985. Electors include all the registered social workers. It has been one of the few functional constituencies where the pro-democrats have maintained a stronghold. It is currently held by Shiu Ka-chun.
