Teodorico "Nonong" T. Haresco, Jr. (born August 12) is a Filipino politician and businessman. Haresco was born in Ibajay, Aklan.[1]He is cousin of the Aklan Incumbent Governor Florencio Miraflores aka Joeben. He is the Representative of Aklan from the newly created 2nd District of Aklan.[2][3] Before the creation of the 2nd District, he was the Congressman of Lone District of Aklan.[4] He is one of the sponsor of House Bill 05712 also known as Republic Act 11466 entitled An act modifying the salary schedule for civilian government personnel and authorizing the grant of additional benefits, and for other purposes.[5].

Accusation

Haresco was accused for the issuance of Fake Special Allotment Release Orders forms (SARO) with other four people including the staff member of Rep. Lilia Macrohon – Nuño of Zamboanga City.[6]. The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has recommended the filing of charges for falsification of public documents against Aklan Representative Teodorico Haresco Jr. and four others in connection with the alleged forgery of Special Allotment Release Orders (Saros).[7] He denies his accusation involving in Fake SARO forms.[8]During the Press Conference in Philippine House of Representatives, Haresco said that he is the victim of the involvement of fake SARO forms.[9].
