Gias Uddin Ahmed is a Bangladesh Awami League politician, retired officer of the Bangladesh Army and the former Member of Parliament from Mymensingh-10.[1]

Career

Ahmed was elected to Parliament in 2008 from Mymensingh-10 as a Bangladesh Awami League candidate. In 2012, he shot at protestors. In January 2013, he threatened to shot two officers of the Ministry of Education.[2]
