Postřekov is a municipality and village in the Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has a population of about 1,100.

Postřekov lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) west of Domažlice, 53 km (33 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 137 km (85 mi) south-west of Prague.
