Roberto Santilli (born February 22, 1965) is a former Italian volleyball player and a current coach of Incheon Korean Air Jumbos.

Career as coach

In 2002 Italian national team U21 coached by Santilli won gold at U21 European Championship held in Katowice, Poland. In 2007 he moved to Jastrzębski Węgiel. With Polish team he achieved bronze medal of 2008/2009 Polish Championship and silver medal of 2009/2010 Polish Championship. Also, in 2010 they won Polish Cup after beating Asseco Resovia. In 2010 he left the club and went to Russian Iskra Odintsovo,^[1] which achieved bronze at 2011/2012 Russian Championship. Then for half season he coached Andreoli Latina. Santilli was a consultant and assistant of head coach of the German men's national team Vital Heynen, that won a bronze medal at the 2014 World Championship.^[2] Season 2014/2015 he spent as head coach of MKS Banimex Będzin.^[3] In 2015 he was chosen to be the new head coach of Australia men's national volleyball team.^[4] On April 11, 2017 he was presented as a new head coach of Polish club Indykpol AZS Olsztyn.^[5] For the 2019-2020 season, he became the first ever foreign head coach in the South Korean KOVO V-League (South Korea) by joining Incheon Korean Air Jumbos.^[6] ^[7]
