History
The restaurant was first conceptualized over "a cold beer" during a casual brainstorming session with restaurateur Michael Zislis, business partners Dave and Dell Furano, and Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons.[4][better source needed]
Rock & Brews, LLC closed permanently and filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Liquidation on May 12, 2020. [5]
