WLOD (1140 AM), is a daytime-only radio station broadcasting a classic country radio format. It is licensed to Loudon, Tennessee, just southwest of Knoxville, and is owned by Blount Broadcasting Corporation.

The station first signed on the air in March 1983, as WLNT.[1] Because AM 1140 is a clear channel frequency reserved for Class A stations WRVA in Richmond and XEMR in Monterrey, Mexico, WLOD must sign-off at sunset to avoid interfering with those stations.
