Schedule and results

The Jayhawks full conference schedule will be announced in the summer or fall. The Jayhawks opponent for the 2021 Big 12/SEC Challenge, however their opponent will be announced at a later date, the only confirmed parts of their game is it will be a road game and it will not be against Kentucky or Missouri, since they already have games scheduled against both teams. Additionally, as they do every season, they will play every Big 12 opponent at home and on the road. Barring a ban of post-season play with their pending discipline from the NCAA, the Jayhawks are guaranteed at least one game in the 2021 Big 12 Tournament.

COVID-19 impact

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Jayhawks schedule is subject to change, including the cancellation or postponement of individual games, the cancellation of the entire season, or games played either with minimal fans or without fans in attendance and just essential personnel. The Jayhawks were originally scheduled to play Harvard on December 29, but the game was cancelled and replaced with a game against Stephen F. Austin.
