Yuvarlakia

Yuvarlakia, giouvarlakia (Greek γιουβαρλάκια, from Turkish yuvarlak 'round'[1]), or eksili köfte are a Greek and Turkish meatball (kefte κεφτέ/köfte) dish cooked in moist heat. The meat is mixed with rice or bulgur. They may be served in tomato[2] or avgolemono sauce.
