Eli Otis Rudd

Eli Otis Rudd (May 31, 1827 - 18??) was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly. Rudd represented the a portion of Sauk County, Wisconsin during the 1859 session and a portion of Monroe County, Wisconsin during the 1872 session. He was a Republican.[1]
