Sir Emile Fashole-Luke KBE (1895-1980) was Sierra Leonean jurist, former acting Chief Justice and Speaker of the House of Parliament of Sierra Leone from 1968 to 1973.[1][2] He retired in 1973.
He also served as the Chief Scout of the Sierra Leone Scouts Association.
In 1971, Luke was awarded the 68th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.[3]
