Whanganui East is a suburb of Whanganui, in the Whanganui District and Manawatū-Whanganui region of New Zealand's North Island.

Education

Whanganui East School is a co-educational state primary school for Year 1 to 6 students,[1] with a roll of 196 as of August 2024.[2]

St Anne's School is a co-educational state integrated primary school for Year 1 to 8 students,[3][4] with a roll of 201.[5]

Whanganui Girls' College is a single-sex state secondary school,[6][7] with a roll of 366.[8]
