Orlando Wiet is a Surinamese-French former world champion kickboxer. He fought twice in the Ultimate Fighting Championship during the tournament at their UFC 2 event. In the opening round, he defeated Robert Lucarelli via TKO (Corner Stoppage). Then, in the quarterfinals, he was defeated by jujitsu fighter Remco Pardoel, absorbing numerous elbow strikes to the face en route to a loss via TKO.[1]

Weit's career ended in 1998 when he sustained a critical groin injury throwing a high kick in training.

Weit has subsequently worked as a coach, training fighters such as Karim Souda.[2]
