Parasyphraea is a species of a beetle belonging to the genus Chrysomelidae (leaf beetles).[1][2]

Life cycle

Both the larvae and the adult (imago) beetles live on and eat leves of nearby plants.

Distribution

The species in found in South America (Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia).
