The 1922 gubernatorial election in Wisconsin was held on November 7, 1922. Republican candidate John J. Blaine won the election with 76% of the vote,[1] winning his second of three terms in a massive victory as Governor of Wisconsin due to his massive popularity, the overall popularity of the Republican Party in the 1920s and the obscurity of his opponents. Blaine defeated Independent Democrat candidate Arthur A. Bentley, Socialist candidate Louis A. Arnold and Prohibition Party candidate M. L. Welles.
